Ordering Information:

3. Before starting the work order manager must approve with customer order parameters and characteristics.

4. The customer is obliged to read the parameters and characteristics of the product and approve them by the e-mail.

6. The layouts for the manufacture of customer products can be provided by the customer, as well as designed by the agency for additional cost.

7. In the case of providing of the layout by the customer manager must check the general technical requirements of the layout (but we are not responsible for a full layout quality) and send previews for approval and agreement with the customer.

9. Depending on the printing technologies and production features, the manager must prescribe the exact parameters for the layouts.

 

Dates:

1. Dates are approved at the time the order is put into operation, excluding holidays and weekends.

2. Dates may vary from seasonality, production load and accounting of weekends and holidays, about which the manager is obliged to inform the customer in writing or orally.

3. The launch conditions, terms and payment of urgent orders are negotiated individually.

Important: we work on 100% prepayment of the order, unless otherwise agreed with the manager.

Delivery MethodsDelivery is carried out by any carrier convenient to the customer at his expense, unless other conditions have been agreed upon in advance. The main delivery methods: TnT, FedEx and DHL.

Return policy and the exchange of products and services

1. Claims for products that have been delivered to the customer, the delivery service is accepted in writing form with the provision of photos or video materials.
