Dear customers, please refer to the following terms and conditions of work with the "Vmeste" agency.


Ordering Information:

1. Orders are received only via e-mail vmeste.reklama@gmail.com, instant messengers such as:

2. Processing of the order is being started only after full payment if other conditions previously not accepted.

3. Before starting the work order manager must approve with customer order parameters and characteristics.

4. The customer is obliged to read the parameters and characteristics of the product and approve them by the e-mail.

5. After order is approved by the customer no refunds are made.

6. The layouts for the manufacture of customer products can be provided by the customer, as well as designed by the agency for additional cost.

7. In the case of providing of the layout by the customer manager must check the general technical requirements of the layout (but we are not responsible for a full layout quality) and send previews for approval and agreement with the customer.

8. The layout should meet the general specifications:

  • The layout should not have hidden and unnecessary objects, effects;
  • Colors at the layout must be converted into CMYK color mode;
  • The layout should have indents of 2 mm for cropping, and we also recommend that all elements of the layout be placed at a distance of 5 mm from the edges;
  • For layout in vector graphics all fonts must be converted into curves;
  • The black color in the text to be 0, 0, 0, 100 of CMYK;
  • The resolution for raster graphic elements for digital and offset printing should be 300 dpi, for large format printing from 72 to 250 dpi.
  • Files created in Corel Draw (cdr, pdf, tiff), Adobe Illustrator (ai, eps, pdf), Photoshop (psd, tiff, pdf) are accepted for printing.

9. Depending on the printing technologies and production features, the manager must prescribe the exact parameters for the layouts.



1. Dates are approved at the time the order is put into operation, excluding holidays and weekends.

2. Dates may vary from seasonality, production load and accounting of weekends and holidays, about which the manager is obliged to inform the customer in writing or orally.

3. The launch conditions, terms and payment of urgent orders are negotiated individually.

  • Payment Methods:
  • International Bank Payment (IBAN).
  • Other payment methods are negotiated with the manager.

Important: we work on 100% prepayment of the order, unless otherwise agreed with the manager.

Delivery MethodsDelivery is carried out by any carrier convenient to the customer at his expense, unless other conditions have been agreed upon in advance. The main delivery methods: TnT, FedEx and DHL.

Return policy and the exchange of products and services

1. Claims for products that have been delivered to the customer, the delivery service is accepted in writing form with the provision of photos or video materials.

2. In the event that minor product defects are identified, the client may agree with the agency on options for resolving disputes:

  • Proportional price reduction;
  • Gratuitous elimination of product defects within a reasonable time.

3. If significant deficiencies that cannot be corrected (marriage) are identified, the client may agree with the agency on options for resolving disputes:

  • Refund of money paid for the order;
  • Alteration of the order;
  • Receive discounts.

Description of a significant deficiency (according to Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" of 05/12/1991):

A significant deficiency is a deficiency that makes it impossible or unacceptable to use the product in accordance with its intended purpose, which arose due to the fault of the manufacturer (seller, contractor), if after its elimination it appears again for reasons independent of the consumer and is endowed with at least one of the following symptoms :

  • generally can not be eliminated;
  • to eliminate th deficiency more than fourteen calendar days are required;
  • makes the product significantly different than stipulated in the contract;


List of good quality products, which can not be exchanged (returned):

  • Groceries, pharmaceuticals, hygiene items
  • Non-grocery goods:
  • Feather-down products, fabrics, tulle-curtain and lace fabrics, carpet products, meter, underwear, bed linen, prints, linear and sheet metal, pipe products, lumber, moldings (plinth, platband), tile materials (wood-fiber and particle boards, plywood) and glass, cut to the size specified by the buyer (customer)
  • Substandard goods.
